Anthony Derek Dazey, 54, Hopkinsville, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Hopkinsville, he was born June 2,1965, the son of the late Herbert Lee Dazey and the late Shirley West.

He was a service technician for a heating and cooling company. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Derek Dazey, Jr.; and his brother, Ronnie Siener.

Survivors include his spouse, Sandra Turner, Hopkinsville; his son, Travis Lacy, Hopkinsville; his daughters, Samantha Dazey, of the home, Haley Turner, Greenville, KY; and his sister, Sherrie Darlene (Ronnie) Stagner, Nashville, Tennessee; and 5 grandchildren.
