Bobby Joe Morgan

Bobby Joe Morgan, 87, Herndon Oak Grove Road, Oak Grove, KY, died on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Covington's Convalescent Center of natural causes.

Services will be at 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 30, 2019 at Lamb Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Benger officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday, August 30, 2019 at the funeral home.

A native of Bumpus Mills, TN, he was born February 14, 1932, the son of the late Arnold and Mable Wallace Morgan.

He was a carpenter and a truck driver for Hammond Moving and Storage. He was a member of Olivet Baptist Church. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lyma Morgan.

Survivors include his sons, Michael Morgan, Allen, TX, Patrick Morgan, Christian County; his daughters, Denise Vican, Milford, DEL., Lisa Marquess, Oak Grove; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
