Glenn “Pete” Fruit, 71, McLean Street, died at 4:26 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday at Lamb Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Barren Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 until 2 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, he was born March 3, 1947, the son of the late J.T. and Louise Overby Fruit.
He worked for Flynn’s for 30 years. He was a member of Dogwood Christian Church. He was a member of Hopkinsville Fishing Club, Moose Lodge, and Eagles.
Survivors include his daughter, Shevetta Rivera, Sanford, North Carolina; his brothers, Ronnie Fruit and Larry Fruit, both of Hopkinsville; his sister, Linda Lancaster, Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Sierra Merriweather and Nicholas Rivera.
