Herman H. Harris

Herman H. Harris, 74 of West First Street, died at 02:35 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Hillside Villa Center in Madisonville, Kentucky of natural causes.

Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 2, 2019 at Light House Church in Hopkinsville.

A native of Christian County, he was born August 6, 1944, the son of the late Thurman Harris and Katie Beachum Harris.  He had worked for the Sanitation Department  in Hopkinsville and was a life long member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Shirley Harris and one son James Harris.

Survivors include two sons, Jeffery Harris and Herman Harris Jr. of Hopkinsville and one daughter, Evie Lindsey of West Union, Ohio: 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
