Robert Robinson Obituary

A native of Logan County, he was born Jan. 14, 1934, the son of the late Willie Creed Robinson and Mary Hilda Thomas. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and earned his associates degree from Bethel College in Hopkinsville. He was a retired manager of Elk Brand Manufacturing and a consultant for Flynn Enterprises. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and a member of the U.S. Golf Association.

Survivors include his daughter, Dana (Bob) McLawhorn; his brother, Kenny Robinson, Hopkinsville; his sister, Rosemary P’Pool, Houston; and one grandchild.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
