Allie Mae Walker

Allie Mae Walker, 93, Wayne Drive, Hopkinsville, KY passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, KY of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the funeral home.

A native of Christian County, KY, she was born March 10, 1929, the daughter of the late Worthy Cavanah and the late Lucille (Carr) Cavanah.

Allie was a homemaker and a member of Kelly Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Garland Walker; her son, Larry Walker; her brother, Thomas Cavanah; and her sister, Maryanna Knight.

Survivors include her sons, James Garland Walker, Houston, TX and Barry Walker, Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter, Carolyn (Walker) Glass, Hopkinsville, KY;  5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
