Blake Fields

Blake Fields, 18, Irish Circle, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Kim Combs officiating. Burial will follow in Myers Cemetery, Crofton KY.

Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the funeral home.

A native of Hopkinsville, KY, he was born October 31, 2006, the son of Charlie Joe Fields and Amanda (Farmer) Stokes.

Blake worked at Osteen Body Shop and was a graduate of Hopkinsville High School. He was a member of Crofton Baptist Church. He enjoyed hiking, riding his four-wheeler, and all music.

Survivors include his father Charlie Fields, Hopkinsville, KY; his mother, Mandy (Michael) Stokes, Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, Sikestin Fields and Wade Foster, both of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters, Callie Fields and Evelyn Fields, both of Hopkinsville, KY, Kristen Stokes Keith, Belleville, IL; his paternal grandparents, Kelly (Julie) Fields, Woodlawn, TN; his maternal grandparents, Tammy (Austin) Stevenson, Hopkinsville, KY, Alan (Michelle) Farmer, Pleasant View, TN, and Ann Stokes, Hopkinsville, KY; his maternal great-grandparents, Martha Ann Farmer, Wayne (Donna) Fincham and Kim (Janice) Combs, all of Christian County, KY.
