Bonnie Richey

Bonnie Richey, 67, Cox Mill Road, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at her home of natural causes. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at the funeral home.

A native of Cincinnati, OH, she was born July 3, 1957, the daughter of John Bernard Vonderhaar and the late Margie June (Kaylor) Vonderhaar.

Bonnie was an optician at Walmart Eye Clinic for 23 years. She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cassandra Lee Richey; and her brother, Mark Bernard Vonderhaar.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Roger Dale Richey, Hopkinsville, KY; her daughters, Jennifer Sue (Chad) Combs, Elkton, KY, Ashley Nicole (Jed) Glover, San Antonio, TX; her father, Jack Vonderhaar, Hopkinsville, KY; her brothers, Richard Lee (Regina) Vonderhaar, Indianapolis, IN, David Lee (April) Vonderhaar, Hudson, FL; her grandchildren, Shea (Allen) Martin, Tyler Sparlin, Aliyah Grimes, Joseph Grimes, Landon Grimes; her great-grandchildren, Jaxon Martin, Sawyer Martin, and Tate Martin.
