Brenda Hancock

Brenda Hancock, 78, Cave St., Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess of natural causes. 

A visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home.

A native of Christian County, KY, she was born August 17, 1946, the daughter of the late Ollie B. Fowler and the late Mary (Heriges) Fowler.

Brenda was a seamstress and also worked at Phelps Dodge.

In addition to her parents, she wad preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lloyd Hancock, Sr.; her daughter, Shelia Price; her brothers, Leonard Fowler, Wilbur Fowler, and Billy Rogers; and her sisters, Margie Hadden, Violet Cansler, and Mary Louise Fowler.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy (Cindy) Hancock, Madisonville, KY; her sisters, Evelyn Colley, Christian County, KY, Debbie (Ray) Wyatt, Trigg County, KY; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
