Carl E. Hayes

Carl E. Hayes, 76, Pool Nanny Road, Crofton, KY, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at his home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Lamb Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the funeral home.

A native of Todd County, KY, he was born December 1, 1944, the son of the late JC “Red” Hayes and the late Nola (Falk) Hayes.

Carl was a roofer, farmer, and loved to hunt. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Lorene Lee and Shirley Condon.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Patricia Hayes, Crofton, KY; his sons, Dana Hayes of Kentucky, Eric Hayes, Christian County, KY; his daughters, Zina Lewis and Carla Graves, both of Princeton, KY, Valerie Evans of Arizona, Shannon Nicholson, Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, James Hayes, Crofton, KY, Carlton “Bud” Hayes, Todd County, KY; his sisters, Helen Hunt, Hopkinsville, KY, Sue Stebbins of New Hampshire, Joann Gentry of Florida; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
