Carl Shaw

Carl “Eddie” Shaw, 64, Windsor Drive, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024 at his home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 21, 2024 at Lakeview Baptist Church with Jeremy Hayes officiating and Terry Joiner assisting. Burial will follow in Lakeview Church Cemetery. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the funeral home.

A native of Evansville, IN, he was born March 3, 1960, the son of Carl “Sonny” Shaw and Barbara (Hayes) Shaw.

Eddie was a truck driver/dispatcher for Lacy Logistics and owner of Eddie Shaw Trucking. He was member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Andrew Ryan Shaw and baby boy Shaw; his brothers, Michael Keith Shaw and Phillip Shaw.

Survivors include his wife, Jenna Shaw, Hopkinsville, KY; his daughters, Amanda (Tray) Shaw and Natalie (Shane) Wangrycht, both of Hopkinsville, KY, Makenzie (Jesse) Shaw, Campbellsville, KY, Carly (Caleb) Alverio, Bentleigh Shaw, Tatum Shaw, and Makayla (Buddy) Cole, all of Hopkinsville, KY; his sons, Matthew Shaw, Elkton, KY, Andrew Shaw, Hopkinsville, KY; his father, Carl “Sonny” Shaw, Hopkinsville, KY; his mother, Barbara Shaw, Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Wade “Hammerhead”, Sydney, Hayden “Meathead”, Ellery “Elrod”, Archie “The Bull”, Avery, Cora, Aspen “LouLou”, RJ “Peanut”, and Eliza; and 1 great-grandchild.
