Carol Pepper

Carol Pepper, 76, Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Herndon, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at her home of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Flat Lick Cemetery with Rev. Nick Ashley officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Milwaukee, WI, she was born August 3, 1944, the daughter of the late Leonard Stryczek and the late Laura A. (Morgan) Hilbert.

She was a homemaker and a member of Flat Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Martin Pepper; her brother, Robert Hilbert Jr.; her sister, Diane Fischmann; and her grandson, Cody Combs.

Survivors include her son, Carl R. Combs Jr., Fairhope, AL; her daughters, Tina L. (Jim) Keaster, Gilbert, AZ and Chrissy A. (Bryan) Fisher, Virginia Beach, VA; her sisters, Susan Brown, Nevada and Barbara Mathis, Christian County, KY; her grandchildren, Dalton Combs, Jeremy Slabaugh, Bailey Keaster, and Morgan L. Moats.
