Charlene (Forester) Dvorsky

Charlene Dvorsky, 67, W. Nashville Street, Pembroke, KY passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 at Christian Heights Nursing and Rehab Center, Pembroke, KY, of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Harlan, KY, she was born July 4, 1953, the daughter of the late Shirley Forester and the late Faye (Jones) Forester.

She worked in the medical field as a nurse’s aide. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Dvorsky, and her two brothers, Larry Forester and Jim Forester.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlette Crawford, Henderson, KY; her brother, Boh Forester, MI; her sister, Judy Goff, OH; and her 2 grandsons.
