Charles "Tony" Cook, 73, Yoakum Circle, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at his home of natural causes.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Peaceful Meadows Cemetery. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
A native of Maryville, KY, he was born February 27, 1948, the son of the late Robert W. Cook and the late Dorothy (Williams) Cook.
Tony served in the United States Navy and was a welder at Phelps Dodge.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Jane (Calvin) Cook.
Survivors include his son, Raymond Cimbalnik, Evansville, IN; his daughters, Karen Small and Kristina Helfert, both of Evansville, IN; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
