Connie Jones

Connie Jones, 51, Edwards Mill Road, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at University of Louisville Hospital of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Skinner officiating. Burial will follow in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the funeral home.

A native of Louisville, KY, she was born, January 26, 1972, the daughter of the late Billy Don Hancock and Ruth (Blankenship) Hancock.

Connie was a CNA at Western State Hospital for 27 years and also had worked for Pennyroyal Hospice. She was a member of Cross Point Ministries.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Anthony “Bunk” Jones, Hopkinsville, KY; her sons, Anthony Jones, Jr. and Jeremy Wayne Jones, both of Hopkinsville, KY; her mother, Ruth Blankenship Hancock, Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, Billy Jo Hancock, Hopkinsville, KY; her sister, Sabrina Baker, Hopkinsville, KY; and 2 grandchildren
