Dennis Michael Simpson

Dennis Michael Simpson, 79, Noel Ave, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, KY of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with Dr. Joe Bufford officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Denver, CO, he was born December 11, 1945, the son of the late Fredrick Conrad Simpson and the late Mary Katrine (Dreiling) Simpson.

Dennis served in the United States Air Force. He was a forklift operator for JC Penney warehousing and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steven "Rocky" Simpson; and his sister, Karen Daniels.

Survivors include his son, Michael Simpson; his daughter, Jacklynn Simpson; and his sister, Wendy Serrell, Huntington Beach, CA.
