Don Marcus Obituary

Don A. Marcus, 64, Pennyrile Village, Hopkinsville, Kentucky died Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his home of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, he was born July 13, 1955, the son of the late Max Aldean Marcus and the late Glorius Evelyn Sanders Marcus.

He served in the United States Army and was a carpenter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Stan Marcus.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Christy Hopper, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, his brother, John Marcus, Birmingham, Alabama; his sisters, Audrey Shoemaker, Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Kathy Calhoun, Birmingham, Alabama.
