Major Donald T. Duke, USAF (Ret.),87, Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at his home of natural causes.
A private funeral service will be held Thursday, December 10, 2020 with Rev. David Allison officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Lamb Funeral Home will be assisting with arrangements.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, he was born October 17, 1933, the son of the late Lonnie Oscar Duke and the late Juliet (Thurman) Duke.
He served in the United States Air Force and retired as a Major. He also was a cabinet maker at Wood Crafting Inc. and a member of Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Ann (Waters) Duke.
Survivors include his sons, Donald Thurman (Delores) Duke, II., North Pole, AK, Thomas R. (Debrann) Duke, Eddyville, KY, and Retired MSG, Michael S. (Angela D.) Duke, Tucson, AZ; his daughter, Cheryl Ann Davis, Cadiz, KY; his sister, Doris Furlough, Hendersonville, TN.; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
