Elizabeth Braboy

Elizabeth Braboy, 84, Mill Spring Court, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at her home of natural causes.

A private family graveside will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at Trigg Memory Acres with Rev. Marty Robertson officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Bumpus Mills, TN, she was born March 13, 1937, the daughter of the late James Allen Samsil and the late Estha Lillian (Kennedy) Samsil.

Elizabeth was a homemaker and attended New Work Fellowship.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Lawrence Wade Braboy; her brothers, Delmar Allen Samsil and James Aaron Samsil; and her sister, Margie Lucille Samsil Robertson.

Survivors include her son, Donald (Kim) Braboy, Hopkinsville, KY; her daughters, Deborah (Samuel) Lyon, Cadiz, KY, Donna (Marty) Robertson, Kuttawa, KY, Denise (Todd) Smith, Hopkinsville, KY; her sister, Etha Nell Samsil Nunn, Gracey, KY; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
