Esther Shaffer

Esther Shaffer, 90, Clarksville, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, TN, of natural causes.

There will be no immediate services. Internment will be held in Marion National Cemetery, Marion, IN.  Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Cleveland, TN, she was born December 16, 1930, the daughter of the late Jason Jackson Cross and the late Ozora (Farris) Pearson.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her husband, Harold Lawrence Shaffer; her son, Keith Francis Beall; her brothers, Melvin Cross and George Cross. 

Survivors include her daughter, Clara (Rick) Schneider, Hopkinsville, KY; her sisters, Edna Marie Martin, Tipton, IN, Agnes Sandlin, SC; and one grandchild.
