Gerald Church, 67, Simpson Lane, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Deason officiating.
Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the funeral home.
A native of Todd County, KY, he was born October 21, 1955, the son of the late George Church and the late Lois (Davidson) James.
Gerald retired as head miller from Hopkinsville Milling Company. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Western Hills Golf Course.
Survivors include his daughter, Ashley (Philip) Humphries, Hopkinsville, KY, his son, Seth (Kimberly) Dixon, Memphis, TN; his friend, Lisa Duke Church, Hopkinsville, KY: his brother, Dale Church, Westmoreland, TN; his sister, Betty Fowler, Elkton, KY; his stepbrother, Tony Deason, Elkton, KY; his stepsisters, Donna Coffman, Elkton, KY, Angie Davis, of Ohio; his grandchildren, Landen Humphries, Kinley Humphries, and Harlan Dixon.
