Gwynn Hale

Gwynn Hale, 63, Dawson Springs Road, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026 at Alive Hospice, Nashville, TN of natural causes.

A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2026 at Lamb Funeral Home. 

A native of Christian County, KY, she was born December 22, 1962, the daughter of the late Lindall Thomas Oatts and Barbara Jane (Stokes) Oatts.

Gwynn was a cafeteria worker at MLK Elementary School and Hopkinsville Middle School.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bruce Oatts and Tony Oatts.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Randy Hale, Crofton, KY; her daughter, Shelby Paige (Austin) Litchfield, Hopkinsville, KY; her mother, Barbara Oatts, Hopkinsville, KY; her sisters, Kimberlye (Bill) Allen, Cadiz, KY and Melody (Jay) Johnson, Hopkinsville, KY.
