Jeff Haulk, 65, North Sunset Circle, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at his home of natural causes.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full military honors.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2025 at St. John Methodist Church with Rev. Rob Hoffman officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the church.
A native of Elwood, Indiana, he was born January 15, 1960, the son of the late Sheldon Keith Haulk and the late Myrna Lou Mountcastle.
Jeff served in the United States Army as an aircraft electrician and was a member of St. John Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Haulk; his sister, Susan Smith and brother-in-law, Bill Smith.
Survivors include his sons, Daniel (Callie) Haulk, Almo, KY, Ryan (Vanessa) Haulk, M.D., Louisville, KY; his daughter, Devan Luckabaugh, Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, Jim (Debbie) Haulk, John (Carol) Haulk, Mark (Peggy) Haulk, Joe (Linda) Haulk, and David (Theresa) Haulk; his sisters, Becky (Monty) Deckard, Mary (Kurt) Backer, Margaret Smith, and Angie (Cliff) Bryan; and 5 grandchildren.
