Jimmie “Jay” Williams

Jimmie “Jay” Williams, 50, Fruit Hill-Red Bridge Road, Crofton, KY passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025 at his home of natural causes.

A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home.

A native of Christian County, KY, he was born August 4, 1975, the son of the late Jimmie “Doc” Williams and Jean (Gates) Williams.

Jay was a welder for Hopkinsville Solid Waste and a member of Southside Church of Christ.

Survivors include his daughter, Tatum Smith, of Illinois; his son, Alex Russell, Crofton, KY; his mother, Jean Gates Williams, Hopkinsville, KY; his sister, Charity Miller, Clarksville, TN; and 2 grandchildren.
