Karen Cook

Karen Cook, 51, N. Madisonville Street, Crofton, KY, died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Hopkinsville, KY, she was born July 23, 1968, the daughter of the late Hilton Jennings Duke and Ada Anderson.

She was a CNA for various nursing homes.

Survivors inlcude her mother, Ada Anderson, Hopkinsville, KY; her husband, David "Buck" Cook, Crofton, KY; her son, Alan Groves, Crofton, KY; her daughter, Jamie Tucker, Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, Paul Duke, Dawson Springs, KY; her sister, Janet Meacham, Tell City, Indiana; and 7 grandchildren.
