Laretta Ortt

Laretta Ortt, 53, W. 13th Street, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 at Vanderbilt Medical Center of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Bridge of Hope Fellowship with Rev. Roy King officiating and Rev. Chris Childers assisting. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Caldwell County, KY, she was born March 25, 1970, the daughter of the late Russell Len McDaniel and Carolyn (Dunham) Baker.

Laretta was a homemaker and member of Bridge of Hope Fellowship.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert McDaniel; and her sister, Cherry McDaniel.

Survivors include her sons, Joseph Ortt, Hopkinsville, KY, Jonathan (Reba) Ortt, Madisonville, KY; her mother, Carolyn Baker, Hopkinsville, KY; her sister, Michelle Sharp, Paducah, KY; and 4 grandchildren.
