Loy Jackson

Loy Jackson, 85, Crofton, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Linda E. White Hospice House, Evansville, IN of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full military honors.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the funeral home.

A native of Johnson County, GA, he was born December 17, 1939, the son of the late William Carl Jackson and the late Willie Mae (Ivey) Jackson.

Loy served in the United States Army. He was owner and operator of Delta Imaging Systems and a member of Wesley Chapel in Wrightsville, GA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Lealand Jackson and Ovid Jackson; his sister Joyce Jackson Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Judy Scott Jackson, Crofton, KY; his sons, Jeff (Suzanna) Jackson, Abbeville, MS, Doug (Veronica) Jackson, Pegram, TN; his daughter, Jasona Leisa Allison, Hopkinsville, KY; his brother, Frank Jackson, Warner Robins, GA; his sisters, Janice McAfee, Wrightsville, GA, Joan Jackson Hall, Midville, GA; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
