Marc Allen Merren, Sr.

Marc Allen Merren, Sr., 80, Sivley Road, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at his home of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Cadillac, MI, he was born February 2, 1942, the son of the late Milton Merren and the late Frances (Silverthrone) Merren.

Marc was a communications specialist in the United States Army and retired after 22 1/2 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Colleen Faye (Schalow) Merren.

Survivors include his daughter, Diana Lynn Merren, Hopkinsville, KY; his sons, Marc Allen Merren, Jr., Cadiz, KY, Chris (Toni) Merren, Woodlawn, TN; his brothers, Bud Merren, Hopkinsville, KY, David Merren, Michael Merren, and Terry Merren, all of Michigan; his sisters, Joan Keeler and Margaret Barnes, both of Michigan; and his grandson, Dakotah Matthew Merren.
