Marie Renshaw

Marie Renshaw, 103, Dawson Springs Road, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehab, Hopkinsville, KY of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2024 at New Palestine Baptist Church with Connie Farmer officiating and David Daniels assisting. Burial will follow in Harmony Grove Cemetery. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour, Saturday January 13, 2024 at New Palestine Baptist Church.

A native of Bitely, MI, she was born December 12, 1920, the daughter of the late John T. Casson and the late Helen (Pearson) Casson.

Marie was the owner and operator of Renshaw's Grocery. She was a member of New Palestine Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin "Pete" Renshaw; her daughters, Ann Renshaw and Carolyn Jean Renshaw; her sisters, Barbara Raines, Leona Hall, and Etherene Cline.

Survivors include her son, Glen (Tammy) Renshaw, Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Joey Renshaw and Schannon Henderson; her great-grandchildren, Joseph Cates, Addison Renshaw, and Logan Renshaw.
