Marilyn Marshall, 69, Pin Oak Drive, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Boone officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2025 at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, she was born December 8, 1955, the daughter of the late Edward Hudspeth and the late Janie (Hale) Hudspeth.
Marilyn was a resident assistant at Morningside Assisted Living. She also worked at Grupo and Kentucky New Era. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. Marshall, Sr.; and her step-daughter, Linda Faye "Sissy" Stagner Forbes.
Survivors include her son, Howard Eugene (Melissa) Marshall Jr., Hopkinsville, KY; her step-sons, Michael (Sandy) Marshall and Lacy "Bubba" Stagner, both of Hopkinsville, KY; her step-daughter, Kathy Teague, Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, Troy Hudspeth, Hopkinsville, KY; her sisters, Tracey Cooksey, Hopkinsville, KY, Donna Crick, Elizabethtown, KY; and her grandchildren, Makayla Marshall, Blake Marshall, and Colton Marshall.
