Mark Glenn Walker, 65, Cave Street, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Monday, February 21, 2022 at his longtime family home of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022 at Lamb Funeral Home with Donnie Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, KY, he was born March 8, 1956, the son of the late Wallace Walker and the late Nancy (Smith) Walker.
Mark retired from Goldenrod. He also worked for Southern States and Perdue Woodworks. He did several years of contract work at Fort Campbell military installation. Mark also served several years on the Highland Volunteer Fire Department and rescue squad before his retirement. After retirement, he spent many of his days working as the proud owner of Walker's Lawn Care.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bailey Lewis “Moe Joe” Walker.
Survivors include his wife, Claudia Ann Walker; his sons, Edward William (Kenisha) Walker, Evans, GA; Mark West (Wendy) Walker and Adam Christopher Walker, both of Hopkinsville, KY, Thomas Wayne (Gabrielle) Walker of Virginia; his daughter, Lacy Elizabeth (Troy) Sansburn, Clarksville, TN; his sisters, Mary Ann Brager, St. Paul, MN, Frances Karol Daniels, Birch Run, MI; his grandchildren, Jordan, Taliya, Elijah, Micah, Dylan, Evangeline, Bailey, Stella, and Walker Lee; and his nephew, who he loved as his own, Wallace Wayne Walker, Hopkinsville, KY.
As a man that knew no limits and put his family and others first, will finally be able to rest. We love you and you will be missed.
