Martha Covington

Martha Covington, 84, Pembroke, KY, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Christian Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of natural causes. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

A native of Hopkinsville, KY, she was born September 17, 1940, the daughter of the late William Thomas Covington and the late Ruby Lee Gibbs Covington. 

Martha retired from International Shoe Factory and later worked 24 years in the cafeteria at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Herb Covington.

Survivors include her nephew, Randy Mayton, Hopkinsville, KY; and several other nieces and nephews.
