Mary Comperry

Mary Comperry, 67, Sands Drive, Hopkinsville, KY, died Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, Nashville, TN of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2020 at Grace Ministries Church in Hopkinsville, KY with David Spears officiating. He will be assisted by Gene Johnson and Josh Comperry. Burial will follow in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Grace Ministries Church. 

A native of Lafayette, Tennessee, she was born February 3, 1953, the daughter of the late Abery Harlin and the late Lillian (Whittemore) Harlin.

She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Ministries Church. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Theodore Harlin and Noah Reid, and two sisters, Lucy Birdoff and Willma Shrum.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Comperry, Hopkinsville, KY; her sons, Troy Sumner and Steven Sumner, both of Cadiz, KY, Joshua Comperry and William Dale Comperry, both of Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter, Nikki Comperry, Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, H.N. Reid, Lafayette, TN;  her sister, Della Gunter, Lafayette, TN; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
