Mary C. Pace

Mary C. Pace, 89, Belmont Road, Clarksville, TN passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 at her home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Lamb Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Flat Lick Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the funeral home.

A native of Hopkinsville, KY, she was born November 9, 1934, the daughter of the late Elsby “Osby” Wells and the late Eunice May (Corley) Wells.

Mary was a bookkeeper for Pembroke Disposal Company and for Pace and Crawford Trucking. She was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church, Christian County, KY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Fay Pace; her brothers, James Wendel “Ross” Wells, Harlan Wells, and Elgan “Bob” Wells; her sisters, Nola Mae Wells and Wilma Phipps.

Survivors include her son, Alfred “Eddie” (Tammie) Pace, Clarksville, TN; her daughters, Vickie Lynn (Wayne) Ezell, Guthrie, KY, Marilyn (Charles) Turnley, Hopkinsville, KY; her sister, Polly Morgan, Dover, TN; her grandchildren, Timmy Outland, Misty (J.C.) Outland Barnes, Jaime (Ross) Pace Wallace, Mark Carter, Jr., Ashley (Matt) Pace Sundstrom, Lee (Gabi) Ezell, and Samantha (Brandon) Pace Stewart; her great-grandchildren, Dalton Anderson, Brady Anderson, Luke Sundstrom, Levi Wallace, Ruby Stewart, Blakely Sundstrom, and Bailee Carter.
