Mary Helen Williams, 98, West 7th Street, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hopkinsville, KY of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Williams officiating and Rev. Darrell Crawford assisting. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Friday, December 5, 2025 at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, KY, she was born February 9, 1927, the daughter of the late Ira Cleveland Hancock and the late Lucy (Barrow) Hancock.
Mary was a seamstress at Hopkinsville Clothing Factory and a charter member of Living Hope Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Alfred "Shorty The Plumber" Williams; her infant children, David Williams and Mary Alice Williams; her sons, Douglas Williams and Eddie Williams; her brothers, Dorris Hancock and Hal Hancock; her sisters, Anna Mann, Marjorie Sizemore, and Lucy Williams.
Survivors include her son, Bobby D. (Beverly) Williams, Hopkinsville, KY; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
