Michael Eugene Scott

Michael Eugene Scott, 64, Gayle Lane, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024 at his home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2024 at Southside Church of Christ with Rev. Tim Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Southside Church of Christ.

A native of Trigg County, KY, he was born January 6, 1960, the son of the late Joseph Allen Scott and the late Margie Nell (Cheatham) Scott.

Michael was a heavy equipment operator for Hopkinsville Stone and Rogers Group. He was a member of Southside Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Debbie D. Scott, Hopkinsville, KY; his son, Billy Ray (Tracie) Salters, Hopkinsville, KY; his daughter, Teresa Ann Salters, New Site, MS; his brother, Allen (Shelly) Scott, Missouri City, TX; his sisters, Debbie (Steve “Bird Dog” Paige) Frances and Joanne Harrison, both of Hopkinsville, KY, Jennifer (Stephen) Sikora, Calvert City, KY; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
