Michael Wayne Thomas Crick, infant son of Camron Crick and Destiny Sitzman, both of Hopkinsville, KY was born and went to heaven on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, KY.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gary Crick and Melissa Gentry.
Survivors include his parents, Camron Crick and Destiny Sitzman, both of Hopkinsville, KY; his paternal grandmother, Amanda Crick, Hopkinsville, KY; his maternal grandparents, Brandon and Jennifer Sitzman, Newburg, IN.
