Otis Henderson

Otis Henderson, 83, Velma Drive, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 at his home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Roy King officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the funeral home.

A native of Todd County, KY, he was born May 15, 1939, the son of the late Vernon Henderson and the late Agnes (Boyd) Henderson.

Otis was a mechanic, having worked for Scott Oldsmobile, Sisk Motor Company, and Henderson Automotive.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Henderson; his brother, Charles Henderson; and his sister, Minnie Belle West.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Vivian Henderson, Hopkinsville, KY; his sons, Charlie (Carla) Henderson and Keith Henderson, both of Hopkinsville, KY; his daughters, Sheila (Gerald) Bennett, Crofton, KY, Linda (Mark) Smith, Todd County, KY;  grandchildren; Jessica Henderson, Jennette Henderson, Jack Stagner and Chelsey Bennett and 1 great-grandchild; Gavin Stagner.
