Patricia Kostalek

Patricia Kostalek, 74, Bahama Drive, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at her home of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Evansville, IN, she was born August 26, 1946, the daughter of the late Noel Lack and the late Edith (Jordan) Lack.

Patricia was a beautician at Regis in the mall. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles H. Kostalek.

Survivors include her husband, Roland Kostalek, Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter, Tina Kostalek Buehler, Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Dustin Kostalek, Matthew Hargrove, Luke Kostalek; and her great-grandchildren, Sophia Hargrove and Margaret Kostalek.
