Peggy Sue Hyde

Peggy Sue Hyde, 70, Moss Road, Elkton, KY, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2022 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Neil Immel officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the funeral home.

A native of Christian County, KY, she was born February 27, 1952, the daughter of the late Elbert Henderson and the late Gladys Lucille (Rager) Henderson.

Peggy Sue was a farmer and member of New Ebenezer Baptist Church. She had previously worked at Planters Bank and at Young and Young Landscaping and Nursery.

Survivors include her brother, Kevin Elbert (Wendy) Henderson, Hopkinsville, KY; her nephews, Clay Henderson and Cole Henderson, both of Hopkinsville; her niece, Elle Henderson, Hopkinsville, KY; and her aunts, Shirley Powell and Destal Henderson, both of Hopkinsville, KY.
