Penny Lee Russell

Penny Lee Russell, 57, Pleasant View Acres, Hopkinsville, KY passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, KY of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. David Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour on Friday, October 24, 2025 at the funeral home.

A native of Fort Benning, GA, she was born May 8, 1968, the daughter of the late Freddie Marteal Smith and the late Aldis Virginia (Henderson) Smith.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Larry Russell, Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter, Shelby Sadler, Savannah, GA; her sisters, Cindy (Ron) Brown, Leavenworth, KS and Rebecca Hancock, Hopkinsville, KY.
