Perry W. Hawkins

Perry W. Hawkins, 64, Ginger Drive, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Lamb Funeral Home with Heather Hawkins officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the funeral home. 

A native of Madisonville, KY, he was born November 20, 1958, the son of the late Charles A. Hawkins and the late Pauline (Tow) Hawkins.

Perry retired from Superior Graphite and worked as a cashier at HiRoad convenience store. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and the Eagles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hawkins; and his sister, Sherry Jennings.

Survivors include his brothers, David Hawkins, Hopkinsville, KY, Rick Hawkins, Mt. Vernon, IN; his sisters, Kaye Hooper, Hopkinsville, KY, Nancy Sturtevant, Kingston Springs, TN, Shelia Corn, Beech Grove, KY; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; special people in his life, Brian Wilson, of Ohio, Billy Francis, Hopkinsville, KY, Timmy Francis, Evansville, IN, Nicole Francis, Evansville, IN; and his beloved dogs, Jake and Baxter.
