Robert G. Hansen, Sr.

Robert G. Hansen, Sr., 81, Ashland City, TN, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026 at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2026 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full military honors. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

A native of Brisban, Australia, he was born August 4, 1944, the son of the late Eugene Bernard Hansen and the late Thelma (Young) Hansen.

Robert retired from the United States Air Force. He also was a computer programmer for Community Health Services in Tennessee.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Janie Hansen, Ashland City, TN; his sons, Robert G. (Mary) Hansen, Jr., Russellville, KY, John Elliot (Druscella) Hansen, Bossier City, LA, Bruce D. Caldwell, Charlotte, TN, Brit L. (Kristianna) Goodson, Benton, AR; his daughter, April K. (Jason) Babcock, Benton, LA; his brother, Jimmy Hansen, Jacksonville, AR; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
