Ruth Ann Britt

Ruth Ann Britt, 85, Rooster Run Road, Hopkinsville, KY passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at her home of natural causes. 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

A native of Evansville, IN, she was born on March 3, 1939, the daughter of the late Roselyn (Wise) Bates. 

Ruth worked in accounting and was of the Catholic faith. 

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Britt; her brothers, Scott Bates, Charlie Bates, Billy Bates, and Bobby Bates; her sister, Rosemary Pieg; and her granddaughter, Justina White.

Survivors include her daughter, Angie White, Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Melissa Juul and Joseph White; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
