Violet (Dunn) Morgan

Violet Morgan, 88, Northwind Drive, Hopkinsville, KY died August 31, 2020 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Roy King officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the funeral home.

A native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, she was born May 11, 1932, the daughter of the late Guyla G. Dunn and the late Ruth (Hancock) Dunn. 

She was a seamstress and supervisor for thirty years at Hopkinsville Clothing Factory. She was a member of Bridge of Hope Fellowship.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Morgan.

Survivors include her son, Bruce Wayne (Connie) Morgan, Branson, MS; her daughter, Carla Michelle (Charlie) Henderson, Hopkinsville, KY; her son-in-law, Albert Russell, Hopkinsville, KY;  4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
