Wilma (Baker) Petty

Wilma Petty, 87, Deepwood Estates, Cadiz, KY, died Sunday, May 24, 2020 at her home of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Rosedale Cemetery in Pembroke, KY with Rev. Cory Pitts officiating and Janey Pitts assisting. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Pembroke, KY. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at the funeral home.

A native of Muhlenberg County, KY, she was born September 11, 1932, the daughter of the late Guy Vivian Baker and the late Sarah Ophelia (Stanley) Baker.

She was a homemaker and a member of New Work Fellowship.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Petty; her son, Bruce Petty; and her brother, Wallace Stanley Baker.

Survivors include her daughters, Cindy (Chris) Greenman, Cadiz, KY, Sarah Ruth (William) Cato, Hopkinsville, KY, and Cindy (Kent) Parrent, Hopkinsville, KY; 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
